Well..... the $1000 deposit is down, and we are off tonight to have contract talks with agent. We picked up the section 32 on the weekend... I have read over it! And it's not 100% ready to sign! So we will be making our final demands before signing it! As there is a changes clause in the contrat and they want $1000 everytime to change something! So making sure we get it right before hand! Than we will all be better off!
Also wanting a settlement date.... or as close to a settlement date as possible! So we have a date working forward for selling this house! They are saying home should be finished on the 8th July.... given that they have a 5 month turn around! And they started building on the 8th Feb!
Also..... Harrisons View (where we have brought) is a Telstra Hight Velocity area.... So we have to get the house smart wired... Ha ha ha! Yes, heard all the jokes. Kirby can't live in a smart wired home, ha ha ha - glenn! But thats another thing not included in the contract - i'm we will be making sure that it will be! It's something to do with not being able to have TV arials... so it's all done by fibre optics - i'm so out of my depth with all that info!
So yesterday was my birthday.... I got spoilt with more pandora.... and obviously a new home!
Fingers crossed everything goes well tonight!
